Update your store photo
To change your photo click on your username and select Update Profile. Then proceed to select Upload Image. We accept JPEG and PNG files, and for the best outcome, we recommend using 250x250.
You must click the Submit button to save your new changes. After successfully saving, you'll see your new image uploaded and a Profile Updated banner.
Update store name & bio
You can have a different store name from your user name. The difference between your Tindie store name vs. username is to help potential buyers identify your brand. The username is often referenced for personal preference and support-related inquiries. In the example below, you can see that this store changed its name to Bee Store. Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save these changes.
A descriptive bio is a great way to let people know about you. You could include details about where you are from, what you make, and even why you create unique products. When someone clicks on About Me from your store page, they will see your bio.
Update shipping message
This message will be included in the email sent to the customer when you mark the order as shipped. To personalize your Shipping Message, you can click within this field to make the necessary changes.
Update store message
The first option in the Other Settings section is to set a Store Message. This message will be displayed at the top of each product page and your store page. The store message can highlight promotions, advise of any shipping delays, or tell buyers that you only ship once a week on Mondays.
Update return policy
You may run into an issue where an order has been lost or damaged or the buyer no longer needs the item. Create a return policy so buyers know your terms before they purchase.
